Common use of Sick Leave Allowance Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Allowance. Sick leave allowance shall be earned by each employee at the rate of one and one quarter (1-1/4) working days for each calendar month of service, the total of which shall not exceed fifteen (15) working days in any twelve (12) month period.
