Service Time. 8.2.1 The Service is scheduled to be available within the Service Window.
Service Time. We guarantee a response time of 24 hours on emergency service * 24 hours daily, and 7 days weekly, including holidays, with FAST PRIORITY service on all routine service requests. For non-emergency service requests it is Your responsibility to provide access to the Covered Property for repairs during normal business hours. *An emergency is defined as the failure of a covered item which may cause personal injury or substantial damage to property if not repaired within 24 hours of notification.
Service Time. (2.1) The Services shall be performed within the Service Time, which shall be between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. UTC+1, Mondays to Fridays, Public Holidays excluded unless oth- erwise agreed in Schedule 3. Response times for corrective maintenance services shall be as set out in Schedule 3 or as otherwise agreed between the Parties.
Service Time. Where the Employer requires equipment to be serviced, or necessary book work to be completed, this time will be considered paid time.
Service Time. The “Minimum Charge” of $1,500.00 entitles you to 3 hours of service time (in addition to set up/breakdown time) for an event ending at or prior to 9pm. If more than 3 hours of service time is needed, or if your event will end after 9pm, prior arrangements must be made, and we may assess a surcharge of $100.00 per hour. As service time is based on your total minimum order, any changes to your order quantities may also affect your service time.

Service Time. Where benefits are earned based on number of months worked (including but not limited to sick time, vacation time, personal leave time, holiday pay, uniform allowance, food allowance), computations of said benefits for a new employee shall be based on the employee's hire date relative to the fifteenth (15th) of the month. For example, a new employee hired on or before the 15th of the month shall have benefits calculated from the 1st of the month. A new employee hired after the 15th of the month shall have his benefits calculated from the 1st of the following month.
Service Time. Medical Director agrees to provide the above described services on the basis of an average of hours per month during the term of this Agreement.
Service Time. For purposes of determining Service Time under any Welfare Plan, Agritope shall credit each Agritope Employee with such Employee's Service Time and original hire date as may be reflected in Epitope's employment records as of the Distribution Date. Such Service Time and hire date shall continue to be maintained for as long as the Employee's employment with Agritope does not terminate. Agritope shall be free to make such determinations relating to Service Time under any Agritope Stock Plans as Agritope, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate. Subject to the provisions of ERISA, Agritope may, in its sole discretion, make such decisions as it deems appropriate with respect to determining Service Time for any Agritope Employee whose employment with Agritope is terminated following the Distribution Date but who is subsequently reemployed by Agritope.
Service Time a) Vendor Personnel will deliver productive hours of work as per the table below. The operational hours for the Services are Monday-Friday, excluding mutually agreed holidays as per the Engagement Schedule, and will be adjusted as needed for Daylight Savings Time.
