Service Recipients. In addition to Purchaser, all of Purchaser’s Affiliates shall be entitled to receive and use the Services under this Service Agreement. Nevertheless, Purchaser shall be Service Provider’s sole point of contact and shall be responsible for payment of the Service Charges as set forth in this Service Agreement, irrespectively of whether it is Purchaser or any of Purchaser’s Affiliates that in reality received and used the Services.
Service Recipients. The Service Recipients on the date hereof are the NEP Parties and each other Person set forth on Schedule I. The parties acknowledge that any Subsidiary of NEE Partners, NEE Operating GP or NEE Operating LP that is not a Service Recipient on the date hereof may be added as a Service Recipient under this Agreement with the Manager’s prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). Within five Business Days after the NEP Parties receive such consent, they shall deliver an amended Schedule I to the Manager that adds such Subsidiary as a Service Recipient.
Service Recipients. (a) The Service Recipients on the date hereof are the YieldCo Parties and each other Person set forth on Schedule I. The Parties agree that any Person that becomes a Subsidiary of any YieldCo Party after the date hereof may be added as a Service Recipient under this Agreement with the Service Provider prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed). Within five (5) Business Days after the YieldCo Parties receive such consent, they shall deliver an amended Schedule I to the Service Provider that adds such Subsidiary as a Service Recipient.
Service Recipients. The term “Service Recipients” means Residential Customers of CITY in the Service Area.

Service Recipients. Provider shall take such actions as are reasonably required to facilitate usage of the Services by all Recipient Parties in accordance with this Agreement. References to “Recipient” in this Agreement shall be deemed to include the Recipient Parties; provided that the Recipient shall remain wholly liable for the acts and omissions of each Recipient Party.

Service Recipients. Each Service Provider shall provide the relevant Services to the Service Recipient. For purposes of this Agreement, “Service Recipient” means, with respect to any such Service, the Buyer or the Affiliate of the Buyer designated in the Services Schedule or reasonably designated by the Buyer to receive such Service. Where an Affiliate of the Buyer is the Service Recipient, the Buyer shall: (a) supervise the performance of such Service Recipient to ensure that the Service Recipient complies with the obligations that apply to Service Recipients under this Agreement, (b) impose on such Service Recipient the same confidentiality obligations that apply to the Buyer under this Agreement; and (c) remain fully responsible for the complete performance of the Buyer’s obligations under this Agreement, including the payment of any fees invoiced to a Service Recipient pursuant to Section 3.5. In providing Services under this Agreement, each Service Provider shall be entitled to rely upon and shall comply with the instructions, communications and other acts of the respective Service Recipient to the extent the same are consistent with the provisions of this Agreement.
