Common use of Service Locations Clause in Contracts

Service Locations. (a) Notwithstanding any consent that Customer may have provided to Administrator to subcontract all or a portion of Services, under no circumstances will Administrator perform or cause to be performed, directly, indirectly or by agents or subcontractors, any Restricted Activities outside of the continental United States of America unless it obtains the prior written consent of Customer with respect to performance of the Services from such location.
