Common use of Selling Expenses Clause in Contracts

Selling Expenses. Unless otherwise stated in Section 4.2(a), all Selling Expenses and Registration Expenses relating to securities registered on behalf of the Holder shall be borne by the Holder.

Selling Expenses. Unless otherwise stated in Section 4.2(a4.5(a), all Selling Expenses and Registration Expenses relating to securities registered on behalf of the Holder Holders shall be borne by the Holders pro rata on the basis of the number of shares so registered by such Holder.
