Common use of Secured Party Clause in Contracts

Secured Party. The Administrative Agent, the Lender Agents and the Lenders hereby appoint Xxxxx Fargo, in its capacity as Collateral Agent hereunder, as their agent for the purposes of perfection of a security interest in the Collateral Portfolio. Xxxxx Fargo, in its capacity as Collateral Agent hereunder, hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties set forth in Section 10.02(b).

Secured Party.
