Section 8.11.2. 41 At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death, an 42 eligible employee or the employee's estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to 43 one (1) day's current monetary compensation for each four (4) full days accrued leave 44 for illness or injury.
Section 8.11.2. Death of a close personal friend shall constitute authorization for one day of 47 bereavement leave for the purpose of attending the funeral.
