Section 14.2.4. Step III. 28 In the event the individual bringing the grievance is not satisfied with the results of Step II, or in 29 the event that no agreeable resolution is reached within ten (10) school days after he/she or the 30 Association has first met with the Superintendent, he/she may ask the local Association to request 31 a meeting with the Board of Directors through the Superintendent or through the Chairman of the 32 Board. The individual may, if he/she wishes, take such action himself/herself, requesting such 33 counsel or assistance from the Association as he/she may desire. The Board of Directors shall, 34 within twenty-five (25) days of the receipt of the request, confer with the individual and/or 35 representatives of the local Association to hear the individual’s grievance and attempt to reach a 36 satisfactory solution. 37
