Sectio n. The provisions of Article of the January Agreement shall apply to employees adversely affected by the application this Article. This shall become effective November except ,on carriers as may elect to preserve existing rules or practices and so the authorized employee representatives on or before such date. Sectio n. A grievance shall consist of a dispute concerning interpretation, and application of any clause in t h i s Agreement, alleged violation of the Agreement and alleged abuses of discretion by supervision in the treatment of employees contrary t o the of this Agreement.
