Scope Change. Scope Change shall mean only (i) changed site conditions not reasonably inferable from information available to CM/GC at the time of execution of the GMP Amendment, and (ii) significant Work modifications (including additions, substitutions, and deletions), application of Allowances, and selection of alternates, all as approved by the Owner under the Contract beyond that identified or inferable from the GMP Supporting Documents (but in the case of Allowance items, the GMP will increase only if the cost to Owner of the Allowance items exceeds the total amount of the Allowances).

Scope Change. In the event either party believes that a change in the scope of RP Services (whether in time frames, bank relationships, processing sites or other factors) is necessary or desirable, such party will submit a written change request to the other as detailed in Attachment F.

Scope Change. If TRX believes that it has been requested to perform work which constitutes a Scope Change (as defined below), or if Hotwire requests a Scope Change in writing, TRX may request additional compensation for such Scope Change by submitting a written request to Hotwire for approval for the Scope Change and the additional compensation prior to the commencement of any such additional work. Hotwire will accept or reject such request within ten (10) business days of the receipt thereof, by submitting a Scope Change acceptance or rejection, as the case may be. In the event that a Scope Change is accepted by Hotwire within the ten (10) business days, the parties will work in good faith to amend this Agreement to incorporate the Scope Change, which amendment will address the key terms of the Scope Change, such as a description of the work, the milestone schedule, payment terms and ownership and usage rights. In the event Hotwire does not accept the Scope Change within ten (10) business days, Hotwire and TRX will proceed in good faith in accordance with their prior obligations under this Agreement and TRX shall not be obligated to implement the Scope Change. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Scope Change” means any change that materially increases processing time or materials expenses, requires software changes or development other than updates or upgrades to hardware or software required in the ordinary life cycle of such hardware or software, or which changes the PNR format from the standard PNR format in effect as of the Effective Date. Unless otherwise stated in an amendment formalizing a Scope Change, all software changes and development required under a Scope Change will be the property of TRX as contemplated under Section 1(d) of this Agreement.
Scope Change. If at any time either PI determines that the research data dictates a substantial change in the direction of the work, they shall promptly notify the other party, and the parties shall make a good faith effort to agree on any necessary modification to the OP. Any substantial modification in the direction of work will be executed pursuant to this Article and will be formalized by a mutual agreement and a modification to the OP that specifies the new work to be performed.

Any change in the Project Scope as detailed and documented in Parts 1 to 5 of this Schedule “A” whether they are initiated by the Customer or are Non-Customer Initiated Scope Changes, may result in a change to the Project costs estimated in Schedule “B” of this Agreement and the Project schedule, including the Ready for Service Date. All Customer initiated scope changes to this Project must be in writing to Hydro One. Hydro One will advise the Customer of any cost and schedule impacts of any Customer initiated scope changes. Hydro One will advise the Customer of any Material cost and/or Material schedule impacts of any Non-Customer Initiated Scope Changes. Hydro One will not implement any Customer initiated scope changes until written approval has been received from the Customer accepting the new pricing and schedule impact. Hydro One will implement all Non-Customer initiated scope changes until the estimate of the Engineering and Construction Cost of all of the Non-Customer initiated scope changes made by Hydro One reaches 10% of the total sum of the estimates of the Engineering and Construction Cost of:
