Common use of Save Harmless Clause in Contracts

Save Harmless. The Association agrees to indemnify and save the Board, and including each individual school board member, harmless against any and all fees, awards, claims, demands, costs, suits, judgments or other forms of liability that may arise out of or by reason of, action by the Board for the purpose of complying with this Agreement.

The Association agrees to indemnify and save the BoardSchool District, its administrators, and the Board including each individual school board member, School Board member harmless against any and all fees, awards, claims, demands, costs, suits, judgments suits or other forms of liability liability, including back pay and all court or administrative agency costs that may arise out of or by reason of, action taken or not taken by the Board Employer, or in reliance upon signed authorization cards or lists furnished to the Employer by the Association for the purpose of payroll deduction of dues, or for the purpose of complying with this Agreement, subject to the following conditions.
