Common use of Save Harmless Clause in Contracts

Save Harmless. The Union shall indemnify and save the Employer harmless against any and all claims, demands, suits, liability and any other action arising from this Article or compliance therewith by the Employer.

Save Harmless. The Union shall hold harmless and indemnify and save the Employer harmless against from any and all claims, demands, suits, liability suits and any and all other forms of liability that shall arise out of or by reason of an action arising from this Article taken or compliance therewith not taken by the EmployerEmployer for the purpose of complying with this Article.

The Union shall agrees to indemnify and save hold the Employer harmless against any and all claims, demands, suitscosts, awards, suits or other forms of liability including but not limited to back pay, damages and court or administrative agency costs that may arise out or by reason of any other action arising from this Article or compliance therewith taken by the Employer.Employer for the purpose of complying with this Article, subject however to the following conditions:

The Union shall indemnify agrees to defend, indemnify, and save the Employer harmless against any and all claims, demandssuits or any form of liability to anyone arising out of any of the provisions of this Article, suitsincluding deduction from any employee's pay of Union dues and/or representation fees, liability and also including anything done in reliance on any other action arising from list, notice, certification, or authorization furnished under this Article or compliance therewith by Article. The Union assumes full responsibility for the Employerdisposition of deductions so made once they have been sent to the Union.

The Union shall indemnify agrees to defend, indemnify, and save the Employer harmless against any and all claims, demandssuits or any form of liability to anyone arising out of any of the provisions of this Article, suitsincluding deduction from any employees pay of Union dues and/or representation fees, liability and including also anything done in reliance on any other action arising from list, notice, certification, or authorization furnished under this Article or compliance therewith by Article. The Union assumes full responsibility for the Employerdisposition of deductions so made once they have been sent to the Union.

Save Harmless. The Union shall indemnify and save the Employer harmless against any and all claims, demands, suits, suits or other forms of liability and any other action arising from this Article that shall arise out of or compliance therewith by reason of the Employer's compliance with this Article.

The Union shall indemnify indemnify, protect and save harmless the Employer harmless against from any and all claims, demands, suits, or other forms of liability and any other by reason of action arising from taken or not taken by Employer at the Union's request or demand, for the purpose of complying with the provisions of this Article or compliance therewith by the EmployerArticle.
