SATELLITE TELEVISION. We do not guarantee any programs or events. If the remote control is lost or broken the guest will be responsible for replacement of the remote control as well as the cost of programming. TELEPHONE CALLS-All long distance calls are to be placed using a credit card or calling card. Cell phones work in some areas, but since you are in the mountains please realize your cell phone may not work. You are not able to dial direct long distance from River Dwelling. The cabin phone is for local calls only. HOT TUB- Hot Tubs are cleaned prior to your arrival. Please do not use bubble bath or soap of any kind in the tub. Doing so will result in additional cleaning charge. Do not permit use by children. Observe reasonable time limits (generally 15 minutes) for your use of the hot tub. DO NOT USE THE HOT TUB IF THE TEMPERATURE IS GREATER THAN 104 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. FIREPLACES- Our cabin is a wood burning fireplace. We do not supply firewood. BARBEQUE GRILL- Our cabin has a charcoal grill. We do not supply charcoal or lighter fluid. Please be sure to use the grill responsibly. SMOKING- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE CABIN. Failure to observe this rule will result in the loss of your security deposit. Please do not litter, ashtrays are provided for your outdoor use. ALOCHOLIC BEVERAGE – By Xxxxxxx Xxx, no drinking of alcoholic beverages by persons under the age of 21 is allowed. PETS- NO PETS ALLOWED. Failure to observe this rule will result in the loss of your security deposit. We recommend Mountain Dog Boarding (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) – Phone: (000) 000-0000 LINENS- Our cabin is supplied with linens, towels, blankets and pillows. River Dwelling provides your initial supply of paper products, soaps, detergents, trash bags, etc for your convenience. REPAIRS/SERVICE CALLS- River Dwelling cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, Hot Tubs, TV’s, Satellite receivers, DVD players or other appliances. Please report any equipment that is not working properly to River Dwelling. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Should a repair person make a call to the cabin and find the equipment is in working order and the problem was due to Guest(s) oversight or neglect, the charge for the service call will be the guest(s) responsibility. The Manager/ Owner does not guarantee any programs or events, Tenant(s) liable for ordering any pay per view, programming charge plus an additional $5.00 charge per program or event will be deducted from your security deposit. The Manager/Owner is not responsible for the content provided by satellite television, including, but not limited to the appropriateness for viewing by children. Fire Places: Fireplaces are non operational, and are not to be used. Grilling: Outdoor grilling is permitted only on concrete or open areas away from any structures. Related to SATELLITE TELEVISION

  • Television The fringe rate for Pension, Health, Holiday Pay, and Vacation Pay (except as provided in Article 8.03, below) shall be a total of the following percentage points during the following periods:

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.

  • Television Equipment Recycling If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Radios The Contractor or its employees shall not use any of the two-way radios or special telecommunications equipment under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Violation is grounds for immediate termination of this Contract, as well as punitive action.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Mobile Devices Mobile devices which are issued by and belonging to the Contractor for purposes of processing Personal Data should have access control measures and remote wipe capability turned on. Procedures should be in place to report and wipe data off lost mobile devices immediately after detection of loss.

  • Network Facilities At the time of termination, the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Entities shall keep in place any portion of the Interconnection Facilities that the Transmission Provider deems necessary for the safety, integrity and/or reliability of the Transmission System. Otherwise, Transmission Provider may, in its discretion, within 30 days following termination of Interconnection Service, require the removal of all or any part of the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.
