SALES SUPPORT SERVICES. Altisource will act on behalf of Residential as a licensed real estate seller’s agent, or will refer a qualified real estate seller’s agent for the marketing and sale of REO properties.
SALES SUPPORT SERVICES. The term “Sales Support Services” means those services provided by Altisource, Altisource’s Affiliates, or referral brokers that facilitate Residential in the marketing and sale of REO properties or other properties owned by Residential.
SALES SUPPORT SERVICES. Wholesale Specialty Distributor shall provide sales support services for the Products as well as the order-taking and delivery services sufficient to meet the reasonable needs of customers for the Products.
SALES SUPPORT SERVICES. (a) Directed shall provide full sales and marketing services to all Approved Dealers and all purchasers of Accessory Products, including distribution of point of sale materials, technical product support, installation support and product training materials (such materials, "SUPPORT MATERIALS"). Directed and Sirius shall work together in good faith to develop appropriate Support Materials. Sirius may, in its sole discretion, assist Directed in providing such Support Materials and services to Approved Dealers.
SALES SUPPORT SERVICES. This clause 6 only applies if we have been engaged to provide Sales Support Services. Where we provide Sales Support Services, you must instruct us whether to provide this service in the form of Referral Services or Resale Services. You authorise us to contact Leads on your behalf, whether generated by us through our Digital Marketing Services or provided to us by you, such as via a customer list. You acknowledge and agree that we will identify ourselves to Leads as ‘working with’ you and contacting the Lead about your products and/or services. Where we provide Referral Services, it is solely your responsibility to close the sale by contacting the Lead and converting them to a Converted Lead. You agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to convert Leads generated by us into Converted Leads. Where we provide Resale Services, you authorise us to process the payment using your Payment Processing System into your nominated account and record the details of the Lead in your CRM, as part of converting the Lead to a Converted Lead. Whether we provide Referral Services or Resale Services, while we may agree to email or link the Lead to your legal agreement, it remains solely your responsibility to enter into a legal agreement with the Converted Lead for the provision of your purchased products and/or services. And you remain solely liable for the provision of those purchased products and/or services. We are not party to any legal agreement between you and a Converted Lead. Where we provide Resale Services, we are unable to process direct debit authorisations on your behalf and can only process one off payments via your Payment Processing System. You agree that for any payment processed by us on your behalf, if the Converted Lead has not yet accepted your legal agreement they will be entitled to cancel the purchase and will receive a full refund of any amounts paid, if they cancel within 7 days of making such payment or receiving such legal agreement (Cooling Off Right). It is a requirement of our Resale Services, that you offer Converted Leads the Cooling Off Right and authorise us to make the Cooling Off Right known to Leads and Converted Leads. If any Law requires a longer or varied cooling off period, these legal requirements will take precedence and prevail to the extent of the inconsistency with this clause 6.7. SALES SUPPORT SERVICES. 3.1. Pre-Sale Support and Post-Sale Implementation Support. From and after the Effective Date, BBN Planet shall offer and provide pre-sale support and post-sale implementation support services ("Sales Support Services") to AT&T technical personnel and sales channels as specified in Schedule 3.1, including assisting AT&T personnel in acquiring skills that are necessary or useful in the provision of the foregoing services. Sales Support Services shall not include services offered or provided by BBN to its customers as part of Managed Connectivity Services. In providing Sales Support Services under this Agreement, BBN shall at all times provide Sales Support Services that are at a level of quality and service that, on average and taken as a whole, equals or exceeds that provided by other leading providers of Internet services offering comparable services in the Territory and that are at least equal in quality and level of service to comparable services offered by BBN to any of its other resellers or distributors of services of the type comprising the Services. All Sales Support Services shall be provided in compliance with methods and procedures to be agreed upon by AT&T and BBN.
