Sales Records. If requested by Customer, Supplier will use its reasonable commercial efforts to provide periodic sales reports of the number of units of each Product distributed or sold to Customer pursuant to this Agreement, as being internally used by Supplier. Supplier must not (a) sell or distribute sales or usage information to anyone not a party to this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Customer or (b) distribute copies, excerpts, facsimiles or summaries to Customer’s personnel without the prior approval of the Customer’s personnel originally requesting such information.

Sales Records. If requested by Company, Licensee shall provide Company a record of its Finished Product sales within fifteen (15) days of Company's written request. Company shall, at its sole option, have the right, at its own expense, to have an independent accounting firm acceptable to Licensee, whose acceptance shall not unreasonably be withheld, audit Licensee's Finished Product sales records during regular business hours, no more than once each calendar year and with at least five (5) business days prior written notice.
Sales Records. DISTRIBUTOR shall, and shall ensure that its Sub-Contractors where applicable maintain and retain all records relating to Product sales, contracts, invoices, customers, accounts, complaints and other transactions concerning Product for [***] from the date on which such records arose or for the period required by Applicable Law. SUPPLIER may request such sales figures and sale figure estimates and such other reporting information, as SUPPLIER may reasonably require, and DISTRIBUTOR will use Reasonable Commercial Efforts to provide such information to SUPPLIER as promptly as possible.
Sales Records. During the Term and any exercised Renewal Term, the Owner shall keep true and accurate records and books of account in relation to the business of the operation of the Owner’s Team and all of its operations and interests at, in or from the Home Arena, including daily records of Revenue, in such form and detail as WPHLI requires. The Owner shall record all sales and receipts of Revenue on equipment approved in advance in writing by WPHLI in its sole discretion and on computer programs designated or approved in advance in writing by WPHLI in its sole discretion from time to time.
Sales Records. Distributor shall prepare accurate and orderly business and accounting records concerning its inventories and sales of the Products. Distributor shall maintain these records for a period of at least two years after the Contract Quarters to which they apply. Distributor shall provide Manufacturer with copies of such records within fifteen (15) days of any written request by Manufacturer. Manufacturer may request, and Distributor agrees to comply with such request, an audit of Distributor's sales records for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of Manufacturer's price charged to Distributor through out the life of the Agreement. Manufacturer will be responsible for the cost of such audit provided that Distributor's records reflect actual end user sales to within 98%. In the event that the audit reveals accuracy of such records to be lower than 98%, Distributor will bare the cost of such audit.
Sales Records. Franchisee shall record all food, beverage and token sales and all other sales by, at, from or through the Franchised Restaurant (excluding only sales from pay telephones and vending machines, if approved by the Franchisor) on cash registers or other machines approved by Franchisor, which shall contain devices or systems that will record accumulated sales and provide such other information and reports as Franchisor may prescribe. Franchisee must report Gross Sales for royalty and assessment reporting requirements on the same accounting calendar used by the Franchisor. Within six (6) months after receipt of written notification from Franchisor, Franchisee shall install at the Franchised Restaurant as designated by Franchisor, such point-of-sale computer hardware and software control systems and telephone modems as reasonably prescribed by Franchisor. Franchisee will enter into software license agreements as designated by Franchisor for such purposes. Franchisee shall permit Franchisor to access such systems by telephone, modem, or such other means designated by Franchisor at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting, monitoring and retrieving information concerning the operation of the Franchised Restaurant. Franchisor shall have access as provided herein at such times, and in such manner as Franchisor shall from time to time specify.
Sales Records. XXXXXXX will maintain complete and accurate lists and records reflecting all Product sales and related transactions as may be required by law and to comply with the EU regulations, regulations of the EC-Council Directive concerning medical devices or other legal requirements applicable for a country of the Territory to secure full traceability of each Product.
