Franchised Restaurant definition

Franchised Restaurant means the family-oriented pizza restaurant that is established and operated by Franchisee utilizing the System, the Proprietary Marks and the Animated Entertainment in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Franchised Restaurant means the land, building and improvements at the Location used or associated with the use of the premises as a Burger King Restaurant, and the Burger King Restaurant business carried on by Franchisee at the Location.

Franchised Restaurant means a Restaurant opened pursuant to the Development Schedule and operated (i) at a Site approved by Franchisor pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) pursuant to a duly executed Franchise Agreement.

• Blue agrees that it shall not open or approve for opening any Franchised Restaurant or operating a territory or area without first receiving Red’s written consent to the identity of the Subfranchisee and Franchised Restaurant location and/or territory or area.
