Sales Goals. The Marketer agrees that during the term of this Agreement, the Marketer will meet and maintain the franchise sales goals ("Sales Goals") set forth in Exhibit I to this Agreement.

Sales Goals. Sales goals shall be determined by Distributor and Supplier and sales performance criteria of Distributor shall be dictated as shown on Exhibit D. Both parties will shall work together to achieve these sales goals.

Sales Goals. In order to maintain Distributor’s rights in the Territory under Section 3.04 during the Term, Distributor shall meet all Minimum Requirements. Company shall determine Distributor’s purchase volumes applicable to the Minimum Requirements on a quarterly basis and, in light thereof, Company shall have the right, in its reasonable discretion, to adjust the Minimum Requirements set forth on Exhibit B no more than once per calendar year. Failure to meet the Minimum Requirements may also result in the early termination of this Agreement in accordance with Section 6.02.

Baseline data: 2005 sales: $21,675 USD; export $19,825 USD; profit ($1,750 USD) Goals: -To increase annual sales to $25,000 in 2007 -To increase annual sales to $28,000 in 2008 PROJECTED SALES TO SERRV INTERNATIONAL For 2007-2008, SERRV will make its best effort to purchase at minimum at the following levels in U.S. dollars: 2007 USD$ 11,000 2008 USD$ 12,500 To reach the goals indicated above, Trinity will support SERRV by delivering samples and products punctually to SERRV and will inform SERRV as soon as possible about any potential delivery problems. Trinity will inform SERRV of any possible changes that might affect the operation of the business (changes of personnel, financial situation, etc.). Any product developed by SERRV International or with its financial support will be offered by Trinity only through SERRV in the U.S. for a period of two years unless SERRV waives this right. Trinity should offer these products immediately to clients in other countries. Objectives and activities will be evaluated and adjusted when mutually agreeable. At the end of each year, Trinity will send detailed information in regard to sales of products developed with the assistance of SERRV and sales to customers gained by work through SERRV so SERRV can measure the impact of its work. Trinity will also provide a progress report and provide information requested by SERRV for the year. The goal of the relationship underlying this agreement is for SERRV International to facilitate the work of Trinity. This is not a legal contract or binding agreement. It is an indication of intent and is subject to changes based on financial and other considerations. Sales Goals. The parties will meet, or otherwise communicate periodically, to refine sales goals, identify the degree of market penetration, improve methods of advertising or other aspects of distributing the Products in the Territory, all with the intent that the sales of the Products in the Territory shall increase over the term of this Agreement. In the event that purchases of Products do not reach the assigned goals for each year, Company may terminate or revise this Agreement without further obligation on the part of the Company to Reseller.

Sales Goals. At this time, the Distributor is engaged in obtaining initial customer commitments, and accordingly no Sales Goals have been set. After Sales Goals are set for the remainder of 2003, they will be set forth in a revised Agreement.
Sales Goals. Choten will use its best efforts to achieve the sales goals during first year from the first customer shipment of the Products in Japan, as described and set forth on Exhibit F attached hereto, consisting of targeted unit sales of the Products in Japan.
