Common use of Sale and Payment Clause in Contracts

Sale and Payment. 5.1 The Company reserves the right to suspend the offering of Shares of any Class at any time in the absolute discretion of the Company’s Board of Directors or officers, and will make reasonable notice to instruct the Distributor to decline to accept any orders for or make any sales of, the Shares until such time as those Directors or officers deem it advisable to accept such orders and to make such sales.
