River Setbacks. All buildings in the Project shall be set back at least 50 feet from the ordinary high-water mark of the Xxxxxxx River. This setback, when applicable, shall supersede any other minimum setbacks.

  • Setbacks Developer shall maintain the setbacks for the Project as shown on the Project Plans. In the event that any inconsistencies exist between the Zoning Ordinance and the setbacks established by this Agreement, then the setbacks required by this Agreement shall prevail.

  • Parking and Transportation ‌ The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.

  • Cloud storage DSHS Confidential Information requires protections equal to or greater than those specified elsewhere within this exhibit. Cloud storage of Data is problematic as neither DSHS nor the Contractor has control of the environment in which the Data is stored. For this reason:
