Right to Enjoin. As the violation by Seller of the provisions of Section 4.1 of this Agreement would cause irreparable injury to the Purchaser and the Company, and there is no adequate remedy at law for such violation, the Purchaser and the Company shall have the right, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, to enjoin Seller in a court of competent jurisdiction from violating such provisions.
Right to Enjoin. In the event of any breach or threatened breach by Tenant of any of the agreements, terms, covenants or conditions contained in this Lease, City shall be entitled to enjoin such breach or threatened breach and shall have the right to invoke any right and remedy allowed at law, in equity, or by statute or otherwise as though no specific remedies were provided for in this Lease.
Right to Enjoin. Except as expressly provided herein to the contrary, in the event of any breach, or attempted or threatened breach, by Lessee of any of the covenants, agreements, terms or conditions contained in this Lease, Lessor shall be entitled to enjoin such breach or such attempted or threatened breach, and shall have the right to a decree compelling specific performance of any of the provisions hereof and to invoke any rights and remedies allowed at law or in equity or by statute or otherwise as though reentry, summary proceedings, and other remedies were not provided for in this Lease. VII.17
Right to Enjoin. Licensor shall have the right to enjoin Licensee for the breach of the provisions of this Paragraph G.
Right to Enjoin. In the event of any violation or threatened violation by TEATRO DALLAS of any term, restriction, condition or covenant of the terms of this Agreement, City shall have the right, in addition to any other remedies available to it at law or in equity, to enjoin such violation or threatened violation in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Right to Enjoin. In the event of any violation or threatened violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement by any party, each other party directly affected by such violation or threatened violation shall have the right to (a) apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for a restraining order or an injunction against such violation or threatened violation, which restraining orders or injunctions shall be obtainable upon proof of violation or threatened violation and without the necessity of proof of inadequacy of legal remedies or irreparable harm; or (b) pursue an action for specific performance.
Right to Enjoin. The Licensor shall have the right to enjoin any action of the Licensee or any sublicensed Affiliated Person in conflict with this Agreement and to seek any other appropriate legal relief available to protect its rights to the Licensed Marks.
Right to Enjoin. As the violation by Xxx X. Xxxxxxxx or Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx of the provisions of Section 5.1 of this Agreement would cause irreparable injury to the Purchaser, and there is no adequate remedy at law for such violation, the Purchaser shall have the right, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, to enjoin Xxx X. Xxxxxxxx or Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx in a court of equity from violating such provisions.
Right to Enjoin. In the event of any violation or threatened violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement by a Party, any other Party shall have the right to apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an injunction against such violation or threatened violation.
Right to Enjoin. In the event of any violation or threatened violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement by an Occupant any Owner shall have the right to obtain from a court of competent jurisdiction an injunction, against such violation or threatened violation and any defense that an adequate remedy at law may exist is hereby waived.
