Common use of Review Notices Clause in Contracts

Review Notices. Upon receipt of a Review Notice from the Servicer, the Asset Representations Reviewer will commence a Review. The Asset Representations Reviewer will not be obligated to commence a Review until a Review Notice is received. Once the Review Notice is issued, the Servicer will provide the Asset Representations Reviewer access to a list of Review Accounts within 30 days or as soon thereafter as reasonably possible in the event of a Force Majeure Event.
