Returning the Device. The student's device computer and accessories will be returned to the Technology Coordinator at the end of each school year. Students who graduate early, withdraw, or are suspended or expelled, or terminate enrollment from the Xxxxxx School District for any other reason must return their individual school device computer on the date of termination. If a student fails to return the device computer at the end of the school year or upon termination of enrollment from the Xxxxxx School District, that student will be subject to criminal prosecution and/or civil liability. The student will also pay the replacement cost of the device computer, or if applicable, any insurance deductible. Failure to return the computer will result in a grand theft report being filed with law enforcement. Furthermore, the student will be responsible for any damage to the computer, consistent with the district's Student Device Handbook and User Terms and Conditions Agreement, and must return the device computer and accessories to the district Technology Coordinator in satisfactory condition. The student may be charged a fee consistent with section 7.9.4 on page 15 of the Student Device Handbook and User Terms and Conditions Agreement for any needed repairs not to exceed the replacement cost of the device computer.

Returning the Device. Devices will be returned to the school at the end of the school year, unless otherwise communicated by the school. The use of devices provided by Xxxxxx County Schools is not transferable to anyone and terminates when a student is no longer enrolled at the issuing school. Students who transfer, withdraw, are expelled, or terminate enrollment at the school for any reason must return their device on the date of withdrawal/termination. A student who fails to return the device will be subject to paying up to the full replacement cost of the device and any accessories, and may also have grade cards, transcripts, diplomas or certificates of progress withheld until restitution is made.
Returning the Device. District-owned device and accessories must be returned at the end of each school year.  The student must return the device and accessories in working and usable condition.  The student who leaves the district for any reason during the school year must return the device to the school at the time of withdrawal.  The student who transfers to another school within the district will return their device and accessories to the school where the device was issued. The student will receive another device from the new school.  Any device and/or accessories not returned will be considered stolen property and law enforcement agencies will be notified.
Returning the Device. If Employee’s employment relationship with the District ends, Employee must return the Device to the District within 10 days of resignation or termination from the District. Employee shall return the Device in the same condition it was in when the Employee received the Device. General wear and tear is acceptable.
Returning the Device. The device remains the property of Xxxxxx Xxxx College. The family must provide at least one term’s notice, in writing, prior to withdrawing a student from the College. On the day of exit, the student together with a parent/guardian will be required to return the device to the Information Centre. The family representative will be required to sign off that the device has been returned. This document is to be countersigned by an Information Centre representative acknowledging receipt of the device. If the device is not returned within 5 working days of the exit date, the College reserves the right to refer the matter to Victoria Police. There will be no exceptions to the period of notice. Those families wishing to purchase the device, will need to contact the Business Office to request a payout figure.

Potential Investor and Related Parties shall rely only their own due diligence and investigation of the Property, including but not limited to any financial, title, environmental, physical, tenant or any other matters.

  • Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.
