Common use of Retainer Fee Clause in Contracts

Retainer Fee. Citizens does not provide a retainer for fees or costs for legal services rendered on its behalf by your Firm. Any retainer applied by the Firm will be deemed waived for any assignment from Citizens. Citizens may pay a retainer fee for expert services if authorized by the assigned Litigation Specialist.
