Common use of Restricted Stock Unit Award Clause in Contracts

Restricted Stock Unit Award. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Corporation hereby awards the Grantee 70,000 Restricted Units (the "Award") under the Plan. The Grantee accepts the Award and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan with respect to the grant.

Restricted Stock Unit Award. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Corporation hereby awards the Grantee 70,000 80,000 Restricted Units (the "Award") under the Plan. The Grantee accepts the Award and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan with respect to the grant.

Restricted Stock Unit Award. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Corporation hereby awards the Grantee 70,000 72,000 Restricted Units (the "Award") under the Plan. The Grantee accepts the Award and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan with respect to the grant.

Restricted Stock Unit Award. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Corporation hereby awards the Grantee 70,000 280,000 Restricted Units (the "Award") under the Plan. The Grantee accepts the Award and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan with respect to the grant.

Restricted Stock Unit Award. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Corporation hereby awards the Grantee 70,000 10,000 Restricted Units (the "“Award"”) under the Plan. The Grantee accepts the Award and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan with respect to the grant.

Restricted Stock Unit Award. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Corporation hereby awards the Grantee 70,000 415,000 Restricted Units (the "Award") under the Plan. The Grantee accepts the Award and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan with respect to the grant.

Restricted Stock Unit Award. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Corporation hereby awards the Grantee 70,000 25,000 Restricted Units (the "Award") under the Plan. The Grantee accepts the Award and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan with respect to the grant.

Restricted Stock Unit Award. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Corporation hereby awards the Grantee 70,000 135,000 Restricted Units (the "Award") under the Plan. The Grantee accepts the Award and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan with respect to the grant.

Restricted Stock Unit Award. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Corporation hereby awards the Grantee 70,000 126,000 Restricted Units (the "Award") under the Plan. The Grantee accepts the Award and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan with respect to the grant.

Restricted Stock Unit Award. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Corporation hereby awards the Grantee 70,000 80,000 Restricted Units (the "“Award"”) under the Plan. The Grantee accepts the Award and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan with respect to the grant.

Restricted Stock Unit Award. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Corporation hereby awards the Grantee 70,000 60,000 Restricted Units (the "Award") under the Plan. The Grantee accepts the Award and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan with respect to the grant.

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Corporation Company hereby awards the Grantee 70,000 _______ Restricted Stock Units (the "“Award"”) under the Plan. The Grantee accepts the Award and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan with respect to the grant.

Restricted Stock Unit Award. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Corporation hereby awards the Grantee 70,000 55,000 Restricted Units (the "Award") under the Plan. The Grantee accepts the Award and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan with respect to the grant.
