Restoration of Sick Leave Credit. Employees who have been separated from one of the former OUS universities and return to a position in the bargaining unit at the same university within two (2) years shall have unused sick leave credits accrued during previous employment restored pursuant to PERS. Employees who have been separated from one of the former OUS universities and return to a position in the bargaining unit at a different university within two (2) years shall have unused sick leave credits accrued during previous employment restored pursuant to PERS and the university’s policies.
Restoration of Sick Leave Credit. The previously accumulated sick leave balance of an employee who has been separated from his/her position with the Employer but who has not received sick leave separation payments shall be placed to the employee’s credit upon re- employment with the Employer.   • Sick Leave Credit ‌ All regular full-time employees shall be able to draw on a block of nine days of sick leave when they commence employment. This block of sick leave will be prorated for regular part-time employees. If all or part of this block of sick leave is used, it will be paid back as sick leave is accumulated.
