RESPONSIBILITIES OF MUNICIPALITY. The municipality agrees to appropriate the sum of $70,000 in its annual budget for the basic annual contribution to the Millville Rescue Squad, Inc. in consideration for its continued medical and transportation service to the citizens of the municipality. The municipality agrees to appropriate the additional sum of $35,000 in its annual budget for the extraordinary need contribution to the Millville Rescue Squad, Inc. in consideration for its continued medical and transportation services to the citizens of the municipality. This sum has been based upon the continued demonstration of extraordinary need by the Millville Rescue Squad, Inc. because of continued extraordinary expenses incurred by the Millville Rescue Squad, Inc. which are not reimbursed by other financial resources.

The City’s Contract Manager shall give the Contractor timely feedback on the acceptability of progress and task reports.
