Resolution of Safety or Health Complaints. If a safety or health complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, the Safety Representative may request to meet with the County Safety Officer to resolve the complaint. If the complaint is not resolved, a grievance may be filed at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.

  • Occupational Health & Safety Committee (a) The Employer and the Union agree that they mutually desire to maintain standards of health and safety in the Home, in order to prevent accidents, injury and illness.
