Common use of Resignation of the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Resignation of the Administrative Agent. (a) The Administrative Agent may resign as Administrative Agent at any time upon notice to the Creditors and the Debtor not less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the effective date of the resignation, in which case a Majority of Creditors shall appoint a successor Administrative Agent.
