Common use of Required Consents and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Required Consents and Approvals. (i) The designation, issuance and sale of the Series C Preferred Stock shall have been approved by the holders of the Series A and Series B Preferred Stock, and (ii) all other filings, consents, approvals and waivers necessary to the consummation of the purchase and sale of the Securities and the Transactions shall have been obtained.
