Common use of Requests for Extension Clause in Contracts

Requests for Extension. Parent and Borrower may, by written notice to Administrative Agent (who shall promptly notify the Lenders) not earlier than sixty (60) days and not later than thirty (30) days prior to the Initial Maturity Date, request that the Initial Maturity Date be extended to the Extended Maturity Date.

The Parent and Borrower may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent (who shall promptly notify the Lenders) not earlier than sixty (60) 90 days and not later than thirty (30) 30 days prior to the Initial Maturity Date, request elect that the Lenders extend the Revolving Maturity Date for an additional year from the Initial Maturity Date be extended to the Extended Maturity Date.
