Common use of Reports to Members Clause in Contracts

Reports to Members. Within a reasonable period after the end of each Fiscal Year, the Manager, at the expense of the Company, may, in its reasonable discretion, cause to be prepared and furnished to each Member (but not any Unit Holder) an annual report containing a balance sheet as of the end of such Fiscal Year and statements of income and expense for the year then ended, in each instance, for the Company (and any subsidiary(ies). 9.3
