A copy of each such report at the time of its mailing to the Holders of Securities Securityholders shall be mailed to the Company and filed with the Commission SEC and each stock exchange exchange, if any, on which the Securities are listed in accordance with TIA Section 313(d)listed. The Company Issuers shall promptly notify the Trustee when in writing if the Securities are become listed on any stock exchange or of any delisting thereof.

Reports by Trustee to Holders. Within If such report is required by TIA 313, within 60 days after each May 15, beginning with the May 15, 200315 following the date of this Indenture, the Trustee shall mail to each Holder as provided in TIA Section 313(c) Securityholder a brief report that complies with TIA Section 313(a) dated as of such May 15, if required by 15 that complies with TIA Section 313(a). The Trustee also shall comply with TIA 313(b)(2) and (c). The Company shall promptly notify the Trustee when whenever the Securities become listed on or delisted from any stock exchange and any changes in the stock exchanges on which the Securities are listed on any stock exchange or of any delisting thereoflisted.

Within If this Indenture is qualified by the TIA, within 60 days after each May 15, beginning with May 15, 2003March 15 subsequent thereto, the Trustee shall mail to each Holder as provided in Security holder if required by TIA Section 313(c§ 313(a) a brief report that complies with TIA Section 313(a) dated as of such May 1515 that complies with TIA § 313(c).
