Common use of Reporting Requirements of the Seller Clause in Contracts

Reporting Requirements of the Seller. (a) The Seller hereby agrees that, from and after the Closing Date and until the Termination Date, it shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Purchasers, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent and, in the case of paragraph(g) therein only, to the Rating Agencies, the financial statements, notices and other information at the times, to the Persons and in the manner set forth in Annex 5.02(a).
