Removal of Fixtures. Redelivery: Tenant shall remove, at the termination of the Lease, provided Tenant is not in Default, Xxxxxx’s moveable trade fixtures and other items of personal property that are not permanently affixed to the Premises. Tenant shall remove the alterations and additions and signs made by Tenant as Landlord may request and repair any damage caused by such removal.Tenant shall peaceably yield up the Premises and all alterations and additions thereto (except such as Landlord has requested Tenant to remove); and all fixtures, furnishings, floor coverings, and equipment that are permanently affixed to the Premises which shall thereupon become the property of the Landlord.Any personal property of Tenant not removed within five (5) days following such termination shall, at Landlord’ s option, become the property of Landlord.
