Releases and Waivers. The Mortgagor agrees that no release by the Mortgagee of any portion of the Premises, the Rents and Profits or the Leases, no subordination of lien, no forbearance on the part of the Mortgagee to collect on any Obligations, Loans, or any part thereof, no waiver of any right granted or remedy available to the Mortgagee and no action taken or not taken by the Mortgagee shall, except to the extent expressly released, in any way have the effect of releasing the Mortgagor from full responsibility to the Mortgagee for the complete discharge of each and every of the Mortgagor’s obligations hereunder.
