Common use of Released Parties Clause in Contracts

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Release, shall mean the Company Group and any of its past or present employees, administrators, agents, officials, officers, directors, shareholders, divisions, parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneys.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Release, shall mean are the Company Group Employer and any of its past present or present employees, administrators, agents, officials, former officers, directors, shareholdersemployees, divisionsagents, parentsaffiliated companies, subsidiaries, successorsshareholders, affiliates, general partners, limited partnersattorneys, consultantspredecessors, employee benefit plans (successors and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneysassigns.

Released Parties. The As used in this Agreement, the term “Released Parties,” as used in this Release, shall mean means the Company Group and any of its past or present employeesaffiliated businesses, partners, and joint ventures, and its predecessors, successors, heirs and assigns, and its past, present, and future directors, officers, members, agents, attorneys, Executives, representatives, trustees, administrators, agents, officials, officers, directors, shareholders, divisions, parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (fiduciaries and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurers, accountants joint and attorneysseverally, in their individual, fiduciary and corporate capacities.

Released Parties. The term Company, its affiliates and any of their respective past or present partners, principals, shareholders, managers, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, employee benefit plans, trustees or insurance companies, or any of their respective predecessors, successors or assigns collectively are referred to as the “Released Parties,” as used in this Release, shall mean the Company Group and any of its past or present employees, administrators, agents, officials, officers, directors, shareholders, divisions, parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneysAgreement.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Releasemeans the Defendant, shall mean the Company Group and any each of its past or subsidiaries, and each of their present employeesand former predecessors, administratorssuccessors, agentsassigns, officialsparent companies, divisions, executives, officers, directors, shareholdersrepresentatives, divisionsemployees, parentsstockholders, subsidiariesattorneys, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneysagents.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Release, shall mean the Company Group means Defendant and any each and all of its past current or present employeesformer subsidiaries, administratorsparents, affiliates, predecessors, insurers, reinsurers, agents, officialsemployees, successors, assigns, officers, officials, directors, attorneys, personal representatives, trustees, principals, executors, and shareholders, divisions, parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneys.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Releaseare the Company, shall mean the Company Group all current, future and any former parents, subsidiaries, related companies, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past or present past, present, and future employees, administrators, agents, officials, officers, directors, shareholdersstockholders, divisionsowners, parentsrepresentatives, subsidiariesassigns, successorsattorneys, affiliatesagents, general partnersand any other persons acting by, limited partnersthrough, consultantsunder or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this Section, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneyssuccessors.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Release, shall mean the Company Group refers to Defendant and any each and all of its 28 affiliated companies, successors in interest, predecessor(s) in interest, parents, members, subsidiaries, 1 related companies and business concerns, past or present employeesand present, administratorsand each of them, agentsas well as each of their 2 insurers, officialsparties, officerstrustees, directors, shareholders, divisionsofficers, parentsagents, subsidiariesattorneys, successorsservants and employees, affiliates3 past and present, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, each of them and all working with or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneysin concert with them or connected with them.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Release, shall mean the Company Group refers to Defendant and any each and all of its past 22 current or present employeesformer subsidiaries, administratorsparents, affiliates, predecessors, insurers, agents, officialsemployees, successors, 23 assigns, officers, officials, directors, shareholdersattorneys, divisionspersonal representatives, parentstrustees, subsidiariesprincipals, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneys.executors,

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Release, shall mean herein includes the Company Group and any its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, joint ventures and other related entities, and each of its past or present employeestheir respective past, administratorspresent, and future directors, officers, agents, officialsemployees, officers, directors, shareholders, divisions, parents, subsidiariesand attorneys and the respective predecessors, successors, affiliatesreorganized entities and assigns of each of the foregoing individuals and entities, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneysincluding without limitation in connection with the Chapter 11 Cases.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as As used in this ReleaseAgreement, "Released Parties" shall mean and include the Company Group and any and all of its divisions and business units and affiliates, and all of its past or and present employees, administrators, agents, officials, officers, directors, managers, members, partners, shareholders, divisionsagents, parentsemployees, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultantsofficials, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or fiduciaries and administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneys.

The term “Released Parties,” as used in this ReleaseParties are the Company, shall mean the Company Group all Company-related entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors, and any successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past or and present employees, administratorsofficers, partners, directors, stockholders, members, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, officials, officers, directors, shareholders, divisions, parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultants, and employee benefit plans programs (and their sponsorsthe trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, or administratorsand insurers of such programs), insurers, accountants and attorneys.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Release, shall mean are the Company Group and any of its past or present employeespresent, administratorspast, agents, officials, officers, directors, shareholders, divisions, and future parents, subsidiaries, successorsand affiliated corporations, divisions, affiliates, general predecessors, principals, partners, limited partnersjoint venturers, consultantsrepresentatives, employee benefit plans (successors, and assigns, and their sponsorspast and present owners, fiduciariesdirectors, officers, employees, stockholders, attorneys, agents, trustees, and insurers, and all persons acting by, through, under or in concert with any of them and all other persons, firms and corporations whomsoever in their individual, corporate, or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneysofficial capacities.

Released Parties. The term “"Released Parties,” " as used in this Release, shall mean the Company Group and any of its past or present employees, administrators, agents, officials, officers, directors, shareholders, divisions, parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurersmsurers, accountants and attorneys.

Released Parties. The term As used in this letter, “Released Parties,” as used in this Releasemeans (a) the Company, shall mean (b) all of the Company Group Company’s past, present and future parent entities, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and related business entities and any of its their successors or assigns, and (c) all past or and present employees, administrators, agents, officials, officers, directors, shareholdersagents, divisionsemployees, parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultantsofficials, employee benefit plans or funds (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or trustees and administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneysattorneys of the entities described in parts (a) and (b) of this Section 5.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” " as used in this Release, shall mean the Company Group and any all of its past or and present employees, administrators, agents, officials, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, partners, officials, divisions, subsidiaries, parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or fiduciaries and administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneys.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Releasemeans Defendant, shall mean the Company Group its successors, assigns, parent entities, and any each of its and their respective past or and present employeesowners, administratorsequity holders, agentsgeneral and limited partners, officialsdirectors, officers, directorsmanagers, shareholdersemployees, divisions, parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators)accountants, insurers, accountants and attorneys, each solely in their capacity as such.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Release, shall mean the Company Group includes Owlet and any of its Owlet’s past or and present employees, administratorsdirectors, officers, shareholders, owners, agents, officialspartners, insurers, attorneys, successors, executors, and representatives of any kind. The term “Released Parties” also includes Owlet’s parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and their past and present employees, directors, officers, directors, shareholders, divisionsowners, parentsagents, subsidiariespartners, insurers, attorneys, successors, affiliatesexecutors, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneysrepresentatives of any kind.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Releaseincludes the Corporation, shall mean the Company Group its affiliates, subsidiaries, and any related companies, partnerships, or joint ventures; and with respect to each of its them, all predecessors and successors; and with respect to each entity, all past or and present employees, administratorsdirectors, officers, shareholders, representatives, agents, officialsattorneys, officersassigns, directorsinsurers and any other persons acting by, shareholders, divisions, parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciariesthrough or under, or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneysin concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this paragraph.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Release, shall mean the Company Group refers to Defendant and any each and all of its past 13 current or present former subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, predecessors, insurers, agents, employees, successors, 14 assigns, officers, officials, directors, attorneys, personal representatives, executors, and shareholders, 15 including their respective pension, profit sharing, savings, health, and other employee benefits plans of 16 any nature, the successors of such plans, and those plans’ respective current or former trustees and 17 administrators, agents, officialsemployees, officers, directors, shareholders, divisions, parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneys.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” ”, as used in this ReleaseAgreement, shall mean the Company Group and its subsidiaries and its affiliates (and any successors thereto) (the “Company Group”) and any of its respective past or present employees, representatives, administrators, agents, officials, officers, directors, shareholders, divisions, parents, subsidiaries, predecessors, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurers, accountants and or attorneys.

Released Parties. The term As used in this Agreement, “Released Parties,” as used in this Releasemeans (a) the Company, shall mean (b) all of the Company Group Company’s predecessors, parents, successors, subsidiaries, and any of its affiliates, and (c) all past or and present employees, administrators, agents, officials, officers, directors, shareholdersagents, divisionsemployees, parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultantsofficials, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or and administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneysattorneys of the entities described in parts (a) and (b) of this paragraph.

Released Parties. The term “"Released Parties,” as used in this Release" are the Company, shall mean the Company Group all current, future and any former parents, subsidiaries, related companies, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past or present past, present, and future employees, administrators, agents, officials, officers, directors, shareholdersstockholders, divisionsowners, parentsrepresentatives, subsidiariesassigns, successorsattorneys, affiliatesagents, general partnersand any other persons acting by, limited partnersthrough, consultantsunder or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this Section, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneyssuccessors.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Release, shall mean are the Company Group and any of all related entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, or joint ventures and, with respect to each, their predecessors and successors; and, with respect to each entity, its past or and present employees, administratorsofficers, trustees, directors, principals, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, officials, officers, directors, shareholders, divisions, parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultantsinsurers, employee benefit plans programs (and their sponsorsthe trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, or administratorsand insurers of such programs), insurersand any other persons acting by, accountants and attorneysthrough, under or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” or “Released Party” as used in this Release, herein shall mean and include: (a) the Company Group Company; (b) the Company’s former and any of its past or present employees, administrators, agents, officials, officers, directors, shareholders, divisions, current parents, subsidiariessubsidiaries and affiliates; (c) each predecessor, successorssuccessor and affiliate of any entity listed in clauses (a) and (b); and (d) each former and current officer, affiliatesdirector, general partnersagent, limited partners, consultantsemployee, employee benefit plans plan, employee benefit plan administrator, and of any of the persons listed in clauses (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administratorsa) through (c), insurers, accountants and attorneys.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this ReleaseAgreement, shall mean the Company Group Company, Sequent, Blackstone, Omega and Lara, and any of its their respective past or present employees, representatives, administrators, agents, officials, officers, directors, founders, shareholders, members, divisions, parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, managers, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurers, accountants and or attorneys.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Release, shall mean are the Company Group and any of its past or present employeespresent, administratorspast, agents, officials, officers, directors, shareholders, divisions, and future parents, subsidiaries, successorsand affiliated corporations, divisions, affiliates, general predecessors, principals, partners, limited partnersjoint venturers, consultantsrepresentatives, employee benefit plans (successors, and assigns, and their sponsorspast and present owners, fiduciariesdirectors, officers, employees, stockholders, attorneys, agents, and insurers, and all persons acting by, through, under or in concert with any of them and all other persons, firms and corporations whomsoever in their individual, corporate, or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneysofficial capacities.

Released Parties. The term “Released Parties,” as used in this Releasemeans Bank of America Corporation, shall mean the Company Group Xxxxxxx Lynch, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated, and any of its past or present employeestheir subsidiaries, administratorsrelated companies, agentsaffiliates, officialsand successors, and all of their current, former, and future officers, directors, employees, assigns, agents, plans and plan trustees, independent contractors, shareholders, divisionsattorneys, parentsand representatives, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, general partners, limited partners, consultants, employee benefit plans (jointly and their sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators), insurers, accountants and attorneysindividually.
