Common use of Release by the Company Clause in Contracts

Release by the Company. In exchange for the consideration under this Agreement, the Company hereby releases you of and from any and all claims or potential claims, liabilities and obligations, both known and unknown, arising out of or in any way related to events, acts, conduct, or omissions that arose within the course and scope of your employment, prior to or on the date you sign this Agreement. Notwithstanding the release in the preceding sentence, the Company is not waiving its rights to enforce the provisions of this Agreement.

Release by the Company. In exchange for the consideration under this Agreement, the Company hereby generally and completely releases you of and from any and all claims or potential claims, liabilities and obligations, both known and unknown, arising out of or in any way related to events, acts, conduct, or omissions that arose within the course and scope of your employment, prior to or on the date you sign this AgreementAgreement and during the Consulting Period. Notwithstanding the release in the preceding sentence, the Company is not waiving its rights to enforce the provisions of this Agreement.
