DISTRICT ALLOWANCE. 48.1 This clause shall apply to Employees covered by the District Allowance (Government Officers)
DISTRICT ALLOWANCE. The terms of the District Allowance (Government Wages Employees) General Agreement 2010 or any agreement that amends or replaces that agreement will apply as if those terms were express terms of this Agreement.
DISTRICT ALLOWANCE. The District Allowance (Government Officers) General Agreement 2010 applies to persons employed under this Agreement.
DISTRICT ALLOWANCE. An employee who lives and works within a prescribed remote locality shall be paid a District Allowance as advised by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations that reflects the conditions attached to the locality.
DISTRICT ALLOWANCE. The terms of the District Allowance (Government Wages Employees) General Agreement 2010 or its replacement apply.
DISTRICT ALLOWANCE. The terms of the District Allowance (Government Wages Employees) General Agreement 2005 (“the DAGA”) or its replacement will apply in lieu of the provisions of this clause to the extent of any inconsistency.
DISTRICT ALLOWANCE. 33.1 As appropriate an employee will be entitled to receive a District Allowance.
DISTRICT ALLOWANCE. 5.8.1 Employees eligible for a District Allowance under the provisions of the District Allowance (Government Wages Employees) General Agreement 2010 shall be paid the relevant district allowance at the applicable rate as varied from time to time by Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety Circular to Departments or Authorities.
DISTRICT ALLOWANCE. (a) If you are an ongoing employee, and eligible under clause 26.2, a district allowance will be paid on a pro rata basis each fortnight (refer Column 3 of Tables 5 and 6).
DISTRICT ALLOWANCE. The rates expressed in subclause 5.8.1 are varied from time to time and notified by Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety Circular to Departments or Authorities and adjusted administratively by PTA Industrial Circular.
