Reference Checks. The contact person listed as a reference shall be someone who has personal knowledge of the Proposer’s performance during the referenced contract. Contact persons shall have been informed that they are being used as a reference and that the County may be contacting them. More than one person can be listed but all shall have knowledge of the project. DO NOT list principals or officers who will not be able to answer specific questions regarding the project. Failure of references listed to respond to the County’s inquiries may negatively impact the evaluation of the Proposal. The reference shall be the owner or a representative of the owner.
Reference Checks. 10.1. The Owner reserves the right to conduct and consider reference checks. By submitting a response to this solicitation, the Bidder grants the Owner the right to contact or arrange a visit in person with any or all the Bidder’s clients. Reference checks may be grounds to deem Bidder non-responsible, not award, withdraw an award notification, or rescind the award of a contract.
Reference Checks. In responding to inquiries about Executive from prospective employers, the Company shall disclose only Executive’s title, dates of employment, and final rate of pay, provided Executive (i) refers all such inquiries to the attention of the Human Resources Department at the Company’s corporate offices in California, and (ii) provides the Company with a signed, written consent to the release of such information.

An owner’s representative is defined as a firm or individual hired by the owner to oversee the design or construction oversight services performed by the prime consultant. Consultants or contractors who provided services under the referenced project (contract) shall not be accepted as references unless they were hired as the owner’s representative for the referenced project (contract).
Reference Checks. Licensee shall conduct reference checks for all of its Adults working at the Event.
Reference Checks. Any reference check submitted to the Company by a future potential employer of Executive will be limited to confirmation of dates of employment and last position held.
Reference Checks. All reference checks and inquiries verifying employment should be directed to the Company’s Human Resources department. If requested, the Company will develop a reference letter verifying Employee’s date of hire, termination date, final job title, and final salary.
Reference Checks. SBCL shall designate one or two individuals who shall respond to a reasonable number of reference inquiries and visits (not to exceed two visits in any calendar month) by customers and potential customers of ActaMed on mutually agreeable terms. SBCL shall retain the right to refuse a visit to any competitor or potential competitor of SBCL or to terminate the visit of any customer or potential customer who does not abide by SBCL's policies and procedures. ActaMed shall inform all customers and potential customers allowed on SBCL's premises pursuant to this Section that they are required to abide by SBCL's policies and procedures.
Reference Checks. Broker agrees to call the references provided by each prospective Tenant.
Reference Checks. The Placement Site will inform the University at least two (2) months prior to a Placement of any requirements for police reference checks or other reference checks of any kind. The University will inform each student and On-site Faculty Member of the Placement Site’s requirement that the student provide disclosure of the results to the Placement Site. The Placement Site may, in its sole discretion, choose to disallow any student or On-site Faculty Member from participating in a Placement based on the results of the reference check.
