Shares of the Trust, or of any Series or Class thereof shall be redeemed at their net asset value determined as set forth in Section 8.7 hereof as of such time or times as the Trustees shall have theretofore prescribed, less such fees and/or charges, if any, as may be established by the Trustees from time to time.
