RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT. (a) The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the employees in the bargaining unit described in the certification issued by the Labour Relations Board, subject to the exclusions subsequently ordered by the Labour Relations Board or recognized by the parties.
RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT. The Company agrees to recognize and bargain collectively and exclusively with the Union so long as the Union remains the certified bargaining agent of the employees.

December 23, 2015, dealers, slot attendants, cashiers, count team members, guest services representatives, dealer supervisors, slot supervisors and boxmen at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx and 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX; and on January 26, 2016, housekeeping and housekeeping supervisors at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx and 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX; and on February 1, 2016, guest service supervisors at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx and 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX; and on March 15, 2016, cage supervisors at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx and 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX; and on April 13, 2016, Commis chefs, demi chefs de partie, chefs de partie, senior chefs de partie, dishwashers and shipper/receivers at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx and 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX, on August 22, 2016, count team supervisors at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx and 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX.

The Motel Manager’s position and Maintenance are excluded from the unit.
RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT. (a) The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for a bargaining unit composed of employees of Planet Bingo, 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX except office, sales and surveillance/security staff and those excluded by the Labour Relations Code of BC.

RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT. The Company recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agency for all of the employees in the bargaining unit as defined in Certificate Number 12-2014 issued by the Alberta Labour Relations Board dated January 21, 2014, subject to the exclusions recognized by the parties, inclusive of the employees listed in Appendix “A” and such other employees as the parties may agree to include, as defined in Article 2.01 hereof, for the purpose of determining all working conditions and conditions of employment. In the event the Company moves its operation to the Counties of Leduc, Parkland, Strathcona, Xxxxxxxx, and the City of St. Xxxxxx, the Company agrees to recognize the Union as sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent for those employees located in Edmonton and Counties of Leduc, Parkland, Strathcona, Xxxxxxxx, and the City of St. Albert, Alberta, save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, sales, clerical and technical staff. This Collective Agreement will apply to the new location.
