Common use of Reasonable Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Cooperation. The Parties shall provide reasonable cooperation with one another and the Claims Administrator in implementing this Settlement including, but not limited to, providing information and executing documents necessary to effectuate its purpose. No party, nor any of his or its attorneys or agents, shall solicit or encourage any Settlement Class members to exclude themselves from the Settlement or object to the Settlement.
