Quarterly Progress Report. The Concessionaire shall prepare and submit report in each quarter on the progress of construction (the “Quarterly Progress Report”) to the Concessioning Authority. The first report shall cover the period up to the end of the calendar month in which the Compliance Date occurred. Reports shall be submitted quarterly thereafter, each within 7 (seven) days of the last day of the period to which it relates. CMMI will provide further guidance regarding the format and platform in which the progress reports shall be presented.
