Quality Control Program Plan. The Contractor shall submit a Quality Control Program Plan in accordance with CDRL A007. This document shall address all aspects of manufacturing, testing, and inspection as specified in the TDP, SOW, and contract. The Quality Control Program Plan should also address other aspects where quality control interface is appropriate, such as the quality group’s input into purchasing decisions, and incoming receiving and inspection of material and components. The Contractor’s Quality Control Program Plan must be approved by the Government before fabrication or procurement of any product for eventual delivery. Acceptance of the Contractor’s quality control program shall not in any way relieve the Contractor of their responsibility for compliance with all contract requirements. All manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and testing shall adhere to the requirements of this document for the life of the contract. If any changes are made to the Quality Control Program Plan during the use of this contract, the Contractor shall notify the Government in writing of these changes.

Quality Control Program Plan. A Quality Control Program Plan shall be written and submitted by the Contractor. This document shall address all aspects of production, testing, and inspection as called out in the technical data package (drawing and weapon specification), SOW, and contract. All production, inspection, and testing shall adhere to the requirements of this document for the life of the contract. If any changes are made to the Quality Control Program Plan during the use of this contract, the Contractor shall notify the Government in writing of these changes. Changes to the Quality Control Program Plan may result in the necessity for additional First Article testing. This additional First Article sample and test series shall be at the Contractor’s expense. [A006]
Quality Control Program Plan. The Contractor shall organize, document, prepare procedures for, and implement a management- driven system to provide maximum assurance that products and services conform to specified requirements. Products and services submitted in the performance of this contract shall be according to the standards set forth by the American National Standard Institute/American Society for Quality, if applicable, or Best Commercial Practice, and contract requirements. All work accomplished by the Contractor shall be of sufficient quality and level of acceptance by federal, state, and local regulators. The Contractor shall provide a Quality Control Program Plan (QCPP) detailing the execution of this program. If the QCPP has already been prepared for a specific installation for the base year, the Contractor shall prepare an addendum to the existing approved plan in subsequent option years if applicable.
Quality Control Program Plan. A Quality Control Program Plan (CDRL A006) shall be written and submitted by the Contractor. This document shall be submitted within 14 days of contract award. All production, inspection, and testing shall adhere to the requirements of this document for the life of the contract. If any changes are made to the Quality Control Program Plan within the duration of this contract, the Contractor shall notify the Government in writing of these changes. Changes to the Quality Control Program Plan may result in the necessity for additional First Article testing. This additional First Article sample and test series shall be at the Contractor’s expense.

  • Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction. The Quality Control Program shall be organized to address, as a minimum, the following items:

  • Quality Control Plan Within forty five (45) days after the design development documents are approved, the Design-Builder shall develop a quality control plan for the Project (the “Quality Control Plan”). A draft of the Quality Control Plan shall be submitted to the Department and shall be subject to the Department’s review and approval. The Quality Control Plan shall be tailored to the specific products/type of construction activities contemplated by the GMP Basis Documents, and in general, shall include a table of contents, quality control team organization, duties/responsibilities of quality control personnel, submittal procedures, inspection procedures, deficiency correction procedures, documentation process, and a list of any other specific actions or procedures that will be required for key elements of the Work.

  • Quality Control A. Controlled Affiliate agrees to use the Licensed Marks and Name only in connection with the licensed services and further agrees to be bound by the conditions regarding quality control shown in attached Exhibit A as they may be amended by BCBSA from time-to-time.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • Quality Assurance Plan The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.
