If the incentive is offered in any 23 given year then unit members are eligible if they have performed 24 service in a position, in the unit, in the District, including all 25 component district(s) for a minimum of fifteen (15) consecutive 26 school years (excluding authorized leave of absence).

  • Vendor Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Based on the Contractor’s submission, OGS has determined that Contractor met the minimum qualifications for the lot(s) as identified in Appendix G, Contractor and OGS Information.   • Promotions Requiring Higher Qualifications Consideration for promotion shall be given to the senior applicant who does not possess the required qualifications but is presently obtaining such qualifications prior to filling the vacancy. At the discretion of the Employer, such an employee may be given a trial period to qualify within a reasonable length of time and will revert to her former position if the required qualifications are not met within such time.
