Common use of Pursuant to Section 3 Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to Section 3. 5 of the Liquidity Agreement, the Scheduled Liquidity Commitment Termination Date with respect to each undersigned Liquidity Lender is hereby extended on March 26, 2007 until June 25, 2007.

Pursuant to Section 3. 5 of the Liquidity Agreement, the Scheduled Liquidity Commitment Termination Date with respect to each undersigned Liquidity Lender is hereby extended on March 26June 25, 2007 until June 2520, 20072008.

Pursuant to Section 3. 5 of the Liquidity Agreement, the Scheduled Liquidity Commitment Termination Date with respect to each undersigned Liquidity Lender is hereby extended on March 2630, 2007 2005 until June 25March 28, 20072006.

Pursuant to Section 3. 5 of the Liquidity Agreement, the Scheduled Liquidity Commitment Termination Date with respect to each undersigned Liquidity Lender is hereby extended on March 28, 2006 until March 26, 2007 until June 25, 2007.
