Common use of Purchase and Sale of Units Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Sale of Units. 2.1 The Issuer is offering up to up to­­­­­­­ 6,666,667 Units at $0.75per Unit, provided that the Issuer may offer and sell up to an additional 1,333,333 Units to raise additional gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000.
