Common use of Public Statements Clause in Contracts

Public Statements. Except to the extent otherwise required in order to comply with any Applicable Law, neither party will make any public statements or releases concerning this Agreement or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, or use the other party’s name in any form of advertising, promotion or publicity, without obtaining the prior written consent of the other party.

Public Statements. Except to the extent otherwise required in order to comply with by Applicable Law or the rules of any Applicable Lawstock exchange or listing entity, neither party will make any public statements or releases concerning this Agreement or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, or use the other party’s name in any form of advertising, promotion or publicity, without obtaining the prior written consent of the other party, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
