Public Disclosure Unless otherwise required by law, prior to the ----------------- Effective Time, no disclosure (whether or not in response to an inquiry) of the subject matter of this Agreement shall be made by any party hereto unless approved by Parent and the Company prior to release, provided that such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Public Announcement Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the parties hereto shall consult with each other before issuing any press release or otherwise making any public statements with respect to this Agreement and shall not issue any such press release or make any such public statement prior to such consultation.
Announcement COMPANY shall have the right to make public announcements concerning the execution of this Agreement and certain terms thereof.
Publication No copies of sketches, schedules, written documents, computer based data, photographs, maps or graphs, including graphic art Work, resulting from performance or prepared in connection with this Contract, are to be released by Contractor and/or anyone acting under the supervision of Contractor to any person, partnership, company, corporation, or agency, without prior written approval by the County, except as necessary for the performance of the services of this Contract. All press contacts, including graphic display information to be published in newspapers, magazines, etc., are to be administered only after County approval.
Electronic Disclosures We may deliver amendments to this Agreement and other disclosures to you in an electronic format. Other disclosures may include: • Monthly account statements • Deposit account disclosures • Notices regarding changes in account terms and fees • Privacy notices The equipment necessary for accessing these types of disclosures electronically is described within this Agreement. YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND OTHER ONLINE BANKING RELATED DISCLOSURES IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT. YOU ALSO AGREE AND REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT FOR ACCESSING THE ONLINE BANKING SERVICE AND FOR VIEWING ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES. If you consent to receive electronic disclosures and later change your mind, you may withdraw your consent and change to paper delivery format. You can notify us of your intent to cancel electronic disclosures by: • Opting out of electronic only statements on the statements page within the Service, • Sending us a message via the Contact Us option within the Online Banking Service or • Calling us at (000)000-0000. If you send us a message through the Online Banking Service, please be sure to identify yourself and the applicable accounts. After your opt-out request is processed, you will begin receiving paper copies of account statements and additional charges may apply. If you enroll for e-statements and then later close your accounts with Relyance Bank, N. A., your access to the Online Banking Service will also be terminated. You may request paper copies of historical statements by contacting us. A fee may apply. You should print or save a copy of all disclosures delivered electronically. Online banking customers may request paper copies of disclosures such as this Online Banking Agreement free of charge.
Directory Publication Nothing in this Agreement shall require Verizon to publish a directory where it would not otherwise do so.
Publication of Results The National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20112) requires NASA to provide for the widest practicable and appropriate dissemination of information concerning its activities and the results thereof. As such, NASA may publish unclassified and non-Proprietary Data resulting from work performed under this Agreement. The Parties will coordinate publication of results allowing a reasonable time to review and comment.
MPS LOGO/PUBLICITY No Contractor shall use the MPS Logo in its literature or issue a press release about the subject of this Contract without prior written notice to and written approval of MPS’s Executive Director of Communications & Outreach.
Publication Notice Similarly, the Settlement Administrator will cause the Publication Notice to be published in accordance with the Media Plan attached as part of Exhibit B. The Parties agree that the Publication Notice provides to the Settlement Class and Settlement Class Members information sufficient to inform them of: the essential terms of the Settlement; appropriate means for obtaining additional information regarding the Settlement and the Action; and, appropriate information about the procedure for objecting or opting-out from the Settlement, if they should wish to do so. Because the Media Plan is determined to be the best notice practicable under the circumstances and satisfies due process, the Parties will request the Court to approve the Media Plan in the Preliminary Approval Order.
Posting licensed content on any Website The following terms and conditions apply as follows: Licensing material from an Elsevier journal: All content posted to the web site must maintain the copyright information line on the bottom of each image; A hyper-text must be included to the Homepage of the journal from which you are licensing at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/science/journal/xxxxx or the Elsevier homepage for books at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx; Central Storage: This license does not include permission for a scanned version of the material to be stored in a central repository such as that provided by Heron/XanEdu. Licensing material from an Elsevier book: A hyper-text link must be included to the Elsevier homepage at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx . All content posted to the web site must maintain the copyright information line on the bottom of each image. Posting licensed content on Electronic reserve: In addition to the above the following clauses are applicable: The web site must be password-protected and made available only to bona fide students registered on a relevant course. This permission is granted for 1 year only. You may obtain a new license for future website posting.
