Announcement definition

Announcement means the announcement detailing the terms and conditions of the Acquisition to be made pursuant to Rule 2.7 of the Code, in substantially the form set out in Schedule 1 (Form of Announcement);

Announcement means a press release issued by the Company announcing the signing of an agreement whereby the Company will be acquired by or merge with any other entity or a tender offer for the shares of the Company stock will be initiated.

More Definitions of Announcement

Announcement means a press release issued by the Company announcing the intention to engage in a transaction or event that is expected to result in a Change in Control of the Company as defined hereunder.
